…ail label (#17) Q2: remove the leftover, unused pay-evm-erc8183 rail label (absent from every spec revision). F2: comment-only PAYEE-BOUND COUPLING markers at the 3 sites that must move together when payee-bound support (#236) lands — shapeOk discriminator, isNeutralCancellation commit-kind, SEPARATORS domain maps. Zero behavior change; already fail-closes on payee-bound refs today. F1 precedence already shipped (5ca7ece); metered arm deferred (spec-gated, not in main).

Reviewed against Community #17 and merged DACS-Standard #236. The behavioral diff is appropriately limited to removing the unused, non-standard pay-evm-erc8183 display label; the PAYEE-BOUND coupling markers correctly cover the agreement discriminator, commit phase kind, and both signing-domain maps. CI is green and I found no correctness blocker.
Non-blocking wording nit: #236 has already landed in DACS-Standard, so future wording would be clearer as “when this directory adopts payee-bound support from #236” rather than “when support lands.”
